Terms

Working draft for review by a solicitor before public launch. Last updated 28 October 2026.

What Kinmora is

Kinmora is a technology service. Hosts (clubs, brands, crews and individuals) use it to publish events, take registrations, check people in, record results and offer gifts. Kinmora is not the organiser, promoter, venue or occupier of any event on the platform, and does not run, supervise or control what happens at them.

Each event page says who organises it. Your agreement to take part, and any waiver you sign, is between you (or your child) and that host.

Taking part

Sport and outdoor activities carry a risk of injury. Read what the host asks of you, wear the kit they require, follow their briefing and the law, and stop if you feel unsafe.

Under-13s can only take part when a parent or guardian registers them, and a parent or guardian stays on site with them.

Be respectful. Fake check-ins, sharing check-in codes with people who are not there, second accounts, arranging results or misusing gift codes will get results voided and accounts removed. Rankings are recalculated without them.

Hosting

Anyone 18 or over can host. When you create an event you confirm, and we record, that you have permission for the venue, suitable insurance, a risk assessment and first aid, any licences needed, and, where children attend, safeguarding arrangements and DBS checks for those who need them.

You are responsible for your event and for complying with the law. You agree to cover our reasonable costs and losses from claims arising out of your event, except to the extent they were caused by our own negligence or breach of these terms.

Events we do not host:

Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Consumers keep all their statutory rights.

Because Kinmora does not organise or control hosts' events, we are not responsible for how they are run. Otherwise, our total liability to you in connection with the service is limited to £100 or the fees you paid us in the previous 12 months, whichever is higher.

Content, reports and appeals

Anyone can report an event, host or profile from its page. We review reports, prioritising child safety and illegal content, and remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms or the law. We may tell the police where someone may be at risk.

If we remove your content or suspend your account, we tell you why. You can appeal by emailing hello@kinmora.com; a different person reviews it.

General

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you can bring claims in your local courts. Contact: hello@kinmora.com.
